Paihia Beach Resort & Spa Hotel, Paihia

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully designed and laid out, providing lovely ocean breezes. It had everything I would have needed for a longer stay, even though I only stayed for one night. The service was exceptional across the board, making my experience truly memorable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and the main Paihia township. The dining experience had some room for improvement, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The room was a studio with an incredible view of the beach and sea. It was very large, clean, and super comfortable, offering stunning views of the sea. The furniture included a two-seater, a chair, and a couch table, all adding to the great view.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious, but I was concerned about the cleanliness of the spa. The location was great with a short walk to the center of town, but there wasn't much staff at the poolside. The service was fantastic, with very friendly and attentive staff, who even provided late check-out and an in-room lunch platter due to a misunderstanding.

The design is beautiful and laid out to meet all needs for a longer stay. The service, although overall very friendly, had some moments of inattentiveness. The location is fabulous, right on a beautiful beach just a short walk from Paihia Harbour. The dining experience was not as expected, lacking friendliness and room cleaning was subpar. The facilities are well-equipped and maintained.

The apartment was very spacious with a shiny new bathroom and a large balcony offering stunning views of the bay. However, the soundproofing could be improved for lighter sleepers due to noise from the hallway and restaurant/pool area.
